Store-bought mayo does the heavy lifting in this creamy condiment recipe, which is a perfect pairing for burgers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp fresh-ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Stir mayonnaise with garlic, lemon zest and juice, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
