1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp canola oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp salt
WHISK all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve with desired grain bowl or salad ingredients. Dressing will keep well, covered and refrigerated, up to 3 days.
