This week is our Shark Week here at Chatelaine -- only our Shark Week is Cake Week!</p>You heard that right: this week it’s all about cake and nothing but. From mastering cake decorating to test driving our favourite pans, troubleshooting baking recipes, and recipe galleries of our very best cakes. We’ll have carrot cakes, coffee cakes, buttercream frosting and chocolate ganache – this thing is happening people! So stock up the cupboard with sugar and flour, and fill the fridge with butter and eggs. Because at Chatelaine, cake is the new cupcake!
