Watermelon quencher

Ingredients

8 cups
cubed seedless
watermelon

3/4 cup
lime juice

3/4 cup
agave syrup

1 cup
tequila
-
sparkling
water

cucumber
, cut into ribbons

lemon
, cut into 6 wedges
Instructions
- WHIRL watermelon, lime juice and agave syrup in a blender until smooth. Pour through a fine sieve into a large bowl, discarding any foam. Pour through sieve again into a pitcher, discarding foam. Refrigerate until chilled, about 4 hr.
- TO serve, add tequila to watermelon mixture and divide among 6 glasses. Top each with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a lemon wedge.
