- 4 plums , cored and diced
- 2-Jan small red onion , diced
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- COMBINE plums with onion, vinegar, honey, cinnamon and cayenne in a medium bowl. Stir in cilantro just before serving.
