We roast a big batch of this delicious, crunchy mix (with added almonds for even more of the good stuff) and keep a jar on hand to sprinkle over yogurt, salad, oatmeal, and even ice cream! - 1/2 cup raw pepitas
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp raw sesame seeds
- COMBINE everything and spread out on a large baking sheet. Roast at 375F for 8 to 10 min or until sesame seeds are very lightly golden. Makes 1 3/4 cups. Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
