Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives , pitted and halved

Instructions

  • BRING water to a boil in a medium pot. Add broccoli and cook until broccoli is bright green and just tender, about 1 min. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  • WHISK oil with lemon juice, honey and salt in a medium bowl. Add broccoli, feta and olives. Toss until well coated.
