Green Apple and Almond Smoothie

A snack of almond butter and apples is the inspiration for this bright-green, protein-laden morning smoothie, in partnership with Silk 


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Silk Almond & Cashew Protein Beverage Unsweetened
  • 2 green apples , cored and sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Divide Green Apple and Almond Smoothie with Silk Almond & Cashew Protein Beverage among glasses and serve immediately.
