Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

Raspberry recipes: Vanilla frozen yogurt topped with raspberries and pistachios

Chatelaine Triple Tested

Just three ingredients—and it's sweetened with honey!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cold plain yogurt, preferably Méditerranée (or make your own!)

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Whisk yogurt with honey and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.

  • Scrape mixture into a pre-frozen ice-cream-maker bowl and churn according to manufacturer's instructions, 30 to 45 min. Transfer to a covered container and freeze up to a month.

  • To serve, let stand at room temperature until slightly softened, 10 min.

Serving tip Top with partially crushed raspberries and pistachios.
