Spicy cherry tomato jam

When sweet, juicy tomatoes are at their prime, follow this strict daily regimen: Buy, eat, repeat.



580 g
cherry tomatoes, about 4 cups
2 tbsp
cider vinegar
2 tbsp
1/4 tsp
1 to 2 tsp
sriracha, optional


  • STIR tomatoes with vinegar, honey, Worcestershire and salt in a saucepan. Cook over medium, stirring often, until saucy, 16 to 20 min. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer until mixture starts to thicken, 10 more min.
  • REMOVE from heat. Stir in sriracha. Serve on burgers.
