It seems the laid back, take-it-easy attitude of the land-down-under has gotten to Hillary Clinton. Clinton was interviewed by Aussie comedians Hamish and Andy on a recent visit to Australia and appeared uncharacteristically relaxed. The Secretary of State joked about bikinis and wrestling, and even graciously accepted a gift of gravy flavoured chips. Best exchange: Hamish: “Have you ever said the phrase 'You've just made a very powerful enemy?'” Clinton: “No, but I've thought it.”

What is it about Disney that turns young, wholesome starlets into troubled tarts? Disney singing sensation Demi Lovato is the most recent in a long line of young ladies that went to work for the mega-brand as happy kids and ended up in rehab.

I'm finally - finally! - writing from a Paris hotel, my window overlooking a charming street scene of busy little cafes, boutiques selling beautiful leather goods and Mad Men-esque vintage clothing, and apartments with lovingly cultivated and colourful window boxes.

We've all wished at one time or another that Mariah Carey would wear more clothing, but we also respect her right to be partially naked most of the time, should she be so inclined.
