Protein-packed pancakes
Whirl in a blender 1/2 cup each rolled oats and cottage cheese, 2 tbsp milk, 1 banana, 1 egg white and 1 tsp each baking powder and cinnamon. Pan-fry in butter. Top with berries or maple syrup.
Low-fat noodle pudding
Stir 2 cups cooked egg noodles with 1 cup cottage cheese. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.
