Makeup artist, David Allan Jones, shows how to create a cat eye in three simple steps:
Tip 1: Apply a thick black line to the top and bottom of the eye.
Tip 2: Using a small pencil brush that's dipped in black eyeshadow, blend and shape the eye to wing out.
Tip 3: With a pencil brush continue to work the line out.
