Sweet and sour coleslaw

3/4 cup
light mayonnaise
1/3 cup
cider vinegar
3 tbsp
1 tbsp
Dijon mustard
1 tsp
6 cups
shredded cabbage, about 1/2 small green cabbage

carrots, coarsely grated

small red onion, very thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Whisk mayo with vinegar, ketchup, Dijon and hot sauce in a large bowl. Stir in cabbage, carrots and onion until coated. Let stand up to 1 hour before serving.
