- COMBINE moonshine, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20 sec.
- ADD ice, then shake until cold and frothy, 20 sec. Strain into a glass.
- GARNISH with a few drops of bitters, then drag a straw through the drops to create a design.
Kitchen Tip: For simple syrup, boil 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water just until sugar dissolves. Let cool. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
