It's All Good, Gwyneth Paltrow, $35.

Why we love it: It's not easy for busy moms to feed themselves (and their families) meals that are nutritious and delicious. Thankfully, super-celeb mom Gwyneth Paltrow has come to the rescue. Her latest cookbook is chock full of simple, wholesome dishes for morning, noon and night, plus great gluten-free options.

Eat St.: Recipes from the Tastiest, Messiest, and Most Irresistible Food Trucks, James Cunningham, $24.

Why we love it: Food-truck fare is some of the tastiest, most crave-worthy cuisine around: a mash-up of tacos, burgers and curries, and, more often than not, topped with kimchee! Now we can create these delish dishes at home.
