A touch of honey and soy sauce with orange juice makes an easy glaze for pan-seared salmon. Serve it with plenty of rice or noodles to soak up all the delicious sauce. Add steamed bok choy or broccoli and you’ve got a fast healthy dinner in less than 15 minutes.

Great glaze

If you prefer your fish with a thick glaze, pour pan juices into a small frying pan. Bring to a boil and stir often until liquid is reduced by half, forming a thick glaze. This will take at least 2 minutes of boiling. Drizzle over fish. If you’re a fan of hot and spicy sauces, consider stirring a dollop of hot chili-garlic or Tabasco sauce into pan juices or glaze.
