Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 to 3 tsp hot chili-garlic sauce
  • 85-g pkg seasoned, oriental instant noodles , such as Mr. Noodles
  • 1/2 340-g bag small, frozen cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup frozen peas , or 2 cups frozen, oriental-style stir-fry vegetables

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, stir water with chili-garlic sauce. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add noodles and contents of seasoning package. Stir until noodles are separated. Cook, uncovered and stirring occasionally, until noodles are cooked, about 3 minutes. Add shrimp and peas. Stir until hot, about 2 minutes. Ladle soup into warm bowls.
