Pork chops with cabbage, apple & cranberries

- Heat butter in a large frying pan set over medium-high heat. When bubbly, add pork chops and brown, 4 to 5 minutes each side. Remove and reduce heat to medium.
- Add onion. Sauté until just softened, about 3 minutes. Add cabbage, apple and water. Cover and cook until cabbage wilts, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in cranberry sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Place pork chops on top of cabbage mixture and cover. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until cabbage is tender and pork chops are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
