  • 3/4 cup diced peeled apple
  • 1/2 cup apple juice , preferably made into ice cubes and crushed
  • 1/2 banana , preferably frozen, peeled and sliced
  • pinch of cardamom , cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
