Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 3/4 cup diced peeled apple

  • 1/2 cup apple juice, preferably made into ice cubes and crushed

  • 1/2 banana, preferably frozen, peeled and sliced

  • pinch of cardamom, cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
