regular or Dijon
- Preheat barbecue to medium. In a large bowl, whisk egg with mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Crumble in beef and gently mix together. Shape into 4 burgers, each about 1 in. thick. Using your thumb, make a shallow depression in centre of each. This helps the patties keep their shape during cooking.
- Oil grill. Barbecue burgers, with lid closed, until cooked through, 6 to 8 min per side.
