Spicy Pineapple MargaritaBy Chatelaine
Hands-down my favourite cocktail, this pairs perfectly with any of the tacos you’ ll have on this spread.—Diala Canelo
- 3 fresh pineapple chunks , (2-in. cubes)
- jalapeño peppers
- 4 oz ginger beer
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- ice cubes
- chili powder
- coarse salt
- Muddle together pineapple and as many jalapenos as desired; add to shaker along with ginger beer, pineapple juice and tequila. Add ice cubes; shake until well chilled.
- Rim glass with chili powder and coarse salt. Strain cocktail into glass with fresh ice. Garnish with slice of jalapeno cilantro, if desired.
