Ingredients

cocktail pumpernickel, squares
2
radishes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup
Cracked Black Pepper Boursin
3 slices
smoked salmon, each cut into 4 pieces
Pea shoots or dill, for garnish

Instructions

Place 2 radish slices on each pumpernickel square. Spread with 1 tsp Boursin®. Top with smoked salmon and pea shoots.
