We take a look back at some of the most memorable missteps in Grammys red-carpet history.
Eight cringe-worthy looks from the Grammys red carpet

Grammy worst dressed

1. Lady Gaga

In 2010 Lady Gaga went galactic in this Armani Privé gown and space-aged accessories to match. Who's ready for lift off?

2. Fergie

Who could forget Fergie in this "bad for plaid" flop? Lucky for her, the 2005 Grammys were all about her win and not about her pants and pigtails.

3. Rihanna

Riri's 2011 Jean Paul Gaultier gown may have been a hit on the runways of Paris but it was a miss on this red carpet.

4. Jennifer Lopez

Va-va-voom. J-Lo's risky, thigh-high Versace number had EVERYONE at the 2000 Grammy Awards talking (we believe they still are!).

5. Michelle Williams, Beyoncé Knowles and Kelly Rowland of Destiny's Child

Oops, Destiny's Child did it again. Another award show, another colour-coordinated catastrophe. The girls have Beyoncé's mother Tina to thank for the costume-like couture.

6. Nicki Minaj

Nicki Minaj's 2012 Versace gown was perfect. Perfect for a Little Red Riding Hood audition that is!

7. Pink, Christina Aguilera and Mýa

Where the ladies at? The Lady Marmalade trio took their burlesque-like looks to the next level at the 2002 Grammy Awards.

8. Katy Perry

One part angel, one part Dancing With the Stars, this Armani Privé frock at the 2011 Grammys did not score a perfect 10.
