Here's what we suggest you do with leftover vermicelli

Rice vermicelli:

Noodle slaw
Soak 50 g until soft. Mix with 1 tbsp soy, 1 tsp dark sesame oil and some grated cucumber and sliced green onion.

Salad topper

Soak in warm water until soft. Chop and add to any green salad.
