Stir equal parts wine with cola in a wineglass. Top with ice.
Combine 1 cup wine with 1/4 cup each fresh orange and lemon juices and 2 tbsp each sugar and Chambord in an 8 × 8-in. dish. Microwave until sugar dissolves, about 1 min. Place dish in freezer, scraping mixture gently with a fork every 2 hours, until frozen but granular. Scoop into glasses for an icy, refreshing dessert.
