Nutty Pesto Pasta
Whirl 2 garlic cloves with 4 cups arugula, 1/2 cup toasted almonds, 1/3 cup grated parmesan, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp salt in a food processor. Slowly pour in 2/3 cup olive oil until mixture is smooth. Toss with cooked pasta and halved grape tomatoes.
Stir melted chocolate, toasted almonds and crispy rice cereal in a bowl. Spoon out heaping tablespoons on a parchment-lined baking sheet. let stand until chocolate is firm.
