Brew tea, then cool completely. Pour into a drinking glass. Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds and let stand until chia expands into bubbles. Stir in honey, milk and ice to taste.
Vegan egg replacer
Stir 1 tbsp finely ground chia seeds with 3 tbsp water. Let stand 5 to 10 min. Use in place of 1 egg in your baking recipes. You may need to increase the bake time slightly.
