Cocktail recipe: Rum and coke sour

Rum and coke sour, cocktail

355-mL Coke
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp Bacardi Oakheart
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 egg white


Make syrup by bringing Coke and sugar to a boil on high. Boil until reduced to 1/2 cup, about 20 min. Let cool.

Add 2 tbsp Coke syrup, Bacardi, lime juice and egg white to a shaker. Cover and shake for 10 sec. Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for another 20 sec.

Pour mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a rocks glass.
