Instructions
To thicken yogurt, line a sieve with cheesecloth or paper towels. Place over a bowl. Scrape in yogurt. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Turn thickened yogurt into a large bowl. Stir in sugar, lemon peel and vanilla. Coarsely crumble in meringues. Sprinkle with coconut. Stir to mix. Spoon into dessert bowls. Top with berries and pistachios.
