Korean kimchi poutine

East meets West when the classic Canadian poutine gets a spicy twist—and it’s totally addictive!
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp gochujang paste
- 1/2 cup napa kimchi
- sliced green onion
Instructions
- TOSS sweet potatoes, sliced into french fries, with oil and salt on a foil-lined baking sheet.

- STIR mayo with gochujang paste and drizzle over fries. Top with Napa Kimchi and sliced green onion.
