  • 1 140-g log creamy goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 oil-packed or oil-free sun-dried tomatoes


  • With a fork, mash goat cheese with sour cream until blended.
  • Stir in very finely chopped green onion and very finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes or oil-free sun-dried tomatoes that have been soaked in warm water until easily pliable.
  • Pack into a pretty dish. Use right away or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Great as a cold spread on crackers.
