Chorizo peppers and peas

  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 chorizo sausage , finely chopped, about 1 cup
  • 2 red bell peppers , finely chopped


  • BOIL 2 cups frozen peas in a small pot, 2 min. Drain and reserve. Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high. Add 1 finely chopped cooked chorizo sausage, about 1 cup. Cook, stirring frequently until lightly golden, 1 to 2 min. Add 2 finely chopped red peppers. Stir frequently until softened, 2 min. Stir in cooked peas.
