  • chopped garlic
  • jalapeno , finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • peeled uncooked shrimp
  • chopped tomatoes
  • linguine pasta
  • chopped fresh dill or basil


  • Sauté lots of chopped garlic and finely chopped jalapeños in a little olive oil in a large frying pan, 2 minutes. Add peeled uncooked shrimp and chopped tomatoes. Stir-fry until shrimp are bright pink, 3 minutes.Toss with cooked linguine and chopped fresh dill or basil.
