2 ripe avocados
1 lime
1/3 cup light sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
Slice avocados in half. Discard pits. Scoop avocados into a bowl. Grate in 2 tsp (10 mL) peel and squeeze in about 2 tbsp (30 mL) juice from lime. Mash avocados with a fork, then stir in sour cream, salt and Tabasco. Taste and add more salt or Tabasco, if you wish. Serve with pappadums, pitas or wedges of lavosh.
