Ingredients
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp finely grated ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 tsp dark sesame oil
- 250 g sushi-grade tuna , finely chopped
- 3 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk soy with lemon juice, honey, ginger, wasabi paste and sesame oil in a medium bowl. Stir in tuna, chives and sesame seeds. Serve with kettle chips.
