From our summer grill guide, chicken with a side of hot and sour beans, that's ready in just 15 min. Serve with a fruity Italian red.
- PREHEAT barbecue to medium.
- SPRINKLE chicken with five-spice powder and salt. Stir lime juice with brown sugar in a small bowl.
- OIL grill. Barbecue chicken, with lid closed, until chicken is springy when pressed, 6 to 8 min per side. Brush chicken with lime mixture about 2 min before it is cooked through.
