Wafu Japanese salad dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp grated white onion , (optional)
- 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- WHISK all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Serve immediately over a salad of bibb lettuce, iceberg lettuce, tomato wedges, cucumber slices and radish coins, or refrigerate in a covered container for up to 5 days.
