- 4 hard-boiled eggs , chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp white-wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- fresh pepper
- 1 large beet , roasted
- toasted bread
- STIR hard-boiled eggs with mayo, white-wine vinegar and salt. Season generously with fresh pepper.
- STIR in roasted beet, peeled and finely chopped.
- SPREAD on toasted bread. Sprinkle with dill.
