STIR hoisin sauce, soy sauce and five-spice powder in a medium bowl. Add mushrooms and toss to coat. Arrange mushrooms in a single layer on prepared sheet.
ROAST, flipping halfway, until dark golden, 8 to 10 min. Serve with ramen.
