Roasted king oyster mushrooms

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp five-spice powder
- 1 200-g pkg sliced king oyster mushrooms
Instructions
- POSITION rack in centre of oven and preheat to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- STIR hoisin sauce, soy sauce and five-spice powder in a medium bowl. Add mushrooms and toss to coat. Arrange mushrooms in a single layer on prepared sheet.
- ROAST, flipping halfway, until dark golden, 8 to 10 min. Serve with ramen.
