- MELT butter in a large frying pan over medium. Add onion, garam masala and chili powder. Cook for 2 min.
- STIR in corn kernels and cook until tender, 3 more min. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in tomato, jalapeno, parsley, lemon juice and salt.
