Mix it into cooked spaghetti, or smear it over grilled chicken. Delicious!

- BOIL a large pot of water. Chop kale into small pieces, then add to boiling water. Cook for 30 sec. Drain, then rinse well under cold water. Drain well.
- WHIRL kale with parmesan, walnuts, garlic and salt in a food processor until finely chopped. Season with fresh pepper. With motor still running, slowly add oil, scraping down sides of bowl, if needed.
