- 1 medium cauliflower , cut into large florets
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- TOSS cauliflower with canola oil and salt on a baking sheet. Roast at 400F until tender, 25 to 30 min.
- WHISK Louisiana-style hot sauce with butter in a large bowl. Add cauliflower. Toss to coat.
