Buffalo cauliflower wings

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower , cut into large florets
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • TOSS cauliflower with canola oil and salt on a baking sheet. Roast at 400F until tender, 25 to 30 min.
  • WHISK Louisiana-style hot sauce with butter in a large bowl. Add cauliflower. Toss to coat.
