1 1/2 cups
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp superfine sugar
- 2 tsp rosewater
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- LET frozen strawberries stand at room temperature for 10 min. Whirl in a food processor with sugar, rosewater and lemon juice until smooth. Serve sorbet immediately.
