With our homemade pickled peppers and a fresh stalk of celery, we won't be waiting for Sunday brunch – we're mixing up this spicy cocktail tonight!
- 2 cups Clamato juice , chilled
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup pickled-pepper brine
- lemon slices
- celery salt
- celery stalks
- ice cubes
- pickled hot peppers
- STIR Clamato with vodka, pickled-pepper brine and thinly sliced lemon rounds in a pitcher. Rim 4 glasses with celery salt, then fill with ice cubes. Pour Clamato mixture into each glass. Garnish with a celery stalk and any pickled pepper.
