Dragon mojito cocktail
Mint meets pineapple, ginger and sake for a refreshing twist on your go-to summer cocktail.
- 4 lime wedges
- 2 1-in. pieces ripe pineapple
- 1 cm cube fresh ginger
- 8 mint leaves
- 1/4 cup Gekkeikan sake
- soda water
- Combine all ingredients except sake, soda and one piece of pineapple in a highball glass. Muddle until fruit is mashed. Add sake, then fill the glass with crushed ice. Top with soda.
