After eight hours of sleep, your blood sugar levels will be low – in effect, your body has been in starvation mode all night, and it needs some fuel right away to get your body firing. Ingredients 1 ½ cups untoasted apricot and almond muesli (or another ‘natural’ muesli)1 cup So Good soy beverage 1/3 cup orange juice1 tablespoon honey1 small apple, cored and grated1 cup mixed berries 200 g tub berry flavoured low fat yogurt
