Weekly steal: A tuxedo blouse

What it is: A tuxedo blouse, $30, Reitmans

How to wear it: Winter white is all the rage and while you might not be bold enough to rock the white tuxedo blazer (I know I'm not) this sweet blouse gives you the same sophisticated look but in a more subdued way. Wear it with a pencil skirt, stockings and a simple strand of long pearls for a pretty-as-can-be ensemble or step it up a notch with skinny black slacks, patent pumps and a rockin' red lip!

Why I love it: This super soft blouse has interesting detailing: contrasting cuffs, front facing tuxedo stripe, a crisp collar and black on black buttons. I am wearing this button-down with dark skinny jeans, a black smoking slipper and our cult fave Beauty 100 nail polish, Wicked.
