Just one thing.
What about the line – a narrow “tract” of excretion – that runs down the backside of a lobster?
Shouldn’t people be told about making sure that gets removed?

Thanks for this video. Would you consider one for ‘How to Eat a whole Lobster’? I tend to buy only tails, primarily because I’m unsure about how to do ‘gracefully’ eat a lobster at the dining table… Thanks!
