The Austrian supermodel cocktail

  • 3/4 cup grapefruit juice
  • 2 tbsp Galliano vanilla liqueur
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chambord raspberry liqueuer
  • 3/4 cup Austrian beer, preferable Stiegl
  • raspberries


  • Pour grapefruit juice, Galliano and Chambord into a beer flute. Top with beer. Float raspberries on top. Serves 1.
